Experience Kent State’s dance teams at the 4th annual Destination Dance Competition, Friday, Nov. 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. in Cartwright Hall. 

The competition will feature the Kent State dance teams, of Fluidity, Authentic Movement, Dynamic Lyricist and Golden Reflections, as well as a performance by the competition’s host, Legacy Dance team. 

Other teams from across the state will be competing for awards, and the winning team will walk away with a monetary prize and trophy. 

Loreal Randall, president of Golden Reflections, said she’s excited to see what other teams will be competing this year. 

“Golden Reflections is very excited to be competing this year,” Randall said. “It was a very exciting show last year with all of the different styles of dancing and performances. We look forward to seeing all of the dance teams perform, and we’re all excited to perform in the competition.”

Doors for the event will open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets will be available for $7 at the door, or can be purchased in advance in the Student Center from noon to 4 p.m. every day before the event for $7 for one or $10 for two.
