Get your game on at the Performing Arts Library
September 9, 2014
The Kent Center for the Performing Arts will be hosting a game day in the Performing Arts Library in Room D-004 Wednesday from noon to 3 p.m.
The game day is a part of a weeklong Performing Arts Library series, including raffles, speakers and live music, to showcase the library and its resources to students. Joe Clark, head of the Performing Arts Library, said it will include board games such as Jenga, Apples to Apples, old school video games on the Atari and a scavenger hunt that is similar to “The Amazing Race” around the library.
“We’ll just be interacting with students, welcoming them back and just making sure they know about what we have to offer them,” said Clark.
He also said Rocky the Squirrel, the University Library mascot, will be available for pictures.
