Part of Horning road near the Kent State Center for Performing Arts is closed due to a gas leak at Four Seasons Retirement Center. The center has been evacuated.

Captain Jayme Cole of the Kent Police Department said the gas leak was caused by a car knocking over a gas meter. The gas has been shut off but Cole said it will take hours before the issue is fully resolved.
