Wild Goats Café

In the mood for some classic breakfast? Then head to the self-proclaimed fresh & funky café, Wild Goats. With specialties like cheesecake French toast, a roast sirloin omelet and an avocado benedict, Wild Goats’s breakfast is a hit with Kent students and community members.

“They always have really good service, even if they’re busy. The food is always fresh and the prices are really good for the amount of food you get,” senior fashion merchandising major Sarah Gillette said.

In addition to good service and food, Wild Goats has a small diner vibe, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your first meal of the day. Don’t fret about having to wake up early to enjoy this delicious food, though, because at Wild Goat’s Café, breakfast is served all day.

Another breakfast perk? Every Wednesday after 3 p.m., Wild Goat’s has “Buck Buck Brinner Wednesday”, a special featuring eight breakfast items at a dollar apiece.

Wild Goats is worth checking out — they have been rated 4.5 stars on yelp.com and finding a bad review about the café is nearly impossible. The Kent classic was also featured on Fox 8’s Road Trip: Breakfast special on April 1, proving that this local gem is getting major attention.
