Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York seeks to gain access to hundred of sex crime cases at the biggest military bases in the United States on Monday. After an AP investigative report found a striking pattern of inconsistent reports and often light penalties at bases in Japan, officials put pressure on the Pentagon to release records.
