New businesses, shops, restaurants, apartments comprise a massive redevelopment of a once decaying central business district; downtown Kent, Ohio.
Some say the $110 million invested in downtown raises a $110 million dollar question, can it really succeed? The hopes are lofty, but so are the challenges.
