The spring 2013 Grad Fair for May graduates is scheduled for this weekend through Tuesday.

The following are dates graduating seniors need to pick up their graduation gear, according to the website:

• Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Second Floor of the Student Center

• Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the Second Floor of the Student Center

• Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the Second Floor of the Student Center

“Grad Fair is an event organized to give graduates a ‘one stop shop’ experience for all their graduation and commencement needs,” said Lisa Galanis, special assistant of University Ceremonies and Academic Events.

Students will be able to meet with most of the departments necessary for contact before graduating. Departments and vendors include the following: University Registrar, University Ceremonies Office, Jostens, Bursar, Kent State Student Center Bookstore, Career Services, Grad Images, Kent State Alumni Association, Financial Aid, Liberty Mutual, KSU Police Academy, Student multicultural Center, LGBTQ Lavender Ceremony and Collegiate Learning Assessments.

Students can spend anywhere between 15 to 45 minutes with each department or vendor. Each student who attends the fair will also be entered into a drawing to win an item donated by the departments and vendors.
