Two local businesses in downtown Kent are now closed. Acorn Alley is a place for people to shop, eat, and enjoy downtown Kent. But with the closing of two small businesses, gourmet hot dogs and ice cream will no longer be an option.
The Arctic Squirrel and the Dog Squad announced Sunday they’ll no longer serve residents, students, or visitors of Kent.
Despite the closings, many of the shop owners believe that once downtown is finished, business will continue to blossom.
