Head Football coach Darrell Hazell has turned Kent State’s Football program in the two years he has been here. Kent is ranked number 23 in the country but Hazell’s salary doesn’t reflect his success. Kent State students as a whole pay over $10 million in student fees towards the athletic department. Schools like Ohio State and Cincinnati have no student fees towards athletics.
