TV2 has been working on an exclusive for over 2 weeks about a former Kent State employee. For several months this year, an employee working in the University Power Plant was charged with over 7 criminal counts involving sexual imposition, kidnapping and even rape. The employee’s name was Elwood T McWilliams and he was the energy management supervisor for the power plant. This title gave him wide access to campus buildings and their mechanical rooms, which includes dormitories. To the surprise of the university, no one knew he was under investigation until he went to jail.
