Kent State’s campus hosts a variety of unique jobs. University Facilities Management and Information Service’s Tech Spot feature some of KSU’s one-of-a-kind jobs. Employees in both departments do “dirty” work that one may not expect. Grounds workers mow the lawn, blow leaves and clean up cigarette butts. Tech Spot staff members fix computers for students, some of which are filled with milk, dust and syrup. Regardless, both departments enjoy working with students and strive to make KSU a better university.
