The Fairchild Avenue Bridge will open to all traffic Thursday.
The Kent Division of Engineering Office released a press statement Tuesday stating the Fairchild Bridge as well as North Water Street and Crain Avenue are anticipated to open to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. At the same time, the Crain Avenue bridge will close to all traffic.
The Fairchild Avenue Bridge is part of a $23 million project that began in 2009.
