Motorists intending to get to Main Street will need to avoid South Depeyster Street Thursday.

A stretch of South Depeyster Street from Erie Street to Main Street will be closed off because of yesterday’s demolition work at the Kent Central Gateway construction site. The street will reopen Friday.

That portion of South Depeyster Street is normally a one-way road going north-bound. Customers of EuroGyro and Firestone should find alternate areas for parking.
