In the March 9 Board of Trustees meeting, board members voted the approval of an increase in room and board rates. The increase will raise standard, undergraduate double-room and board rates by 5.42 percent.

The board also approved the establishment of a new School of Digital Sciences, the creation of two new majors and a change in student course fees.
