Manager Nathan Yarnell said the Customer Appreciation Day special lasted from about 10:30 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Roughly 1,100 subs were sold, he said, which is about four times as many sold in a typical shift. Although they didn’t turn a profit on the subs, Yarnell said the event was “excellent” for advertising.
“There was a line out the door the whole time,” he said.
