Turner Classic Movies screened “Gone with the Wind” as its first film in 1939. Now, 71 years later, the two will unite again.

Robert Osborne, host of Turner Classic Movies, and Ann Rutherford, who played Carreen in “Gone with the Wind,” will be signing autographs in the Rockwell Hall atrium Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A $15 admission donation will allow visitors to talk with Osborne and Rutherford, request autographs and view all open exhibits in the fashion museum. Proceeds will support the museum and the “Katharine Hepburn: Dressed for Stage and Screen” exhibit, which opens to the public Oct. 2.

“The fashion museum has been open for 25 years,” Shawn Gordon, director of advancement for the College of the Arts, said. “And 25 years later, we’re still dazzling. Students have a remarkable opportunity not only to meet Robert and Ann, but also to take a look into the museum Ann calls ‘her little hidden jewel.’”
