The Kent State men’s basketball team announced its non-conference schedule for the 2009-2010 season last week. The 14-game schedule includes trips to NCAA regional semifinalist Xavier and NCAA regional finalist Pittsburgh. The Flashes will host a three-day tournament, starting Nov. 13, at the M.A.C. Center to kick off the season that includes games against Samford, University of Alabama-Birmingham and Wisconsin-Green Bay. The non-conference schedule will close with an ESPNU Bracketbuster game at the M.A.C. Center.
