De-stress today
April 15, 2009
Active Minds will hold a stress-relief program to observe National Stress Out Day from noon to 3 p.m. today on the second floor of the Student Center.
Students will be able to participate in finger painting and gain information about how to deal with stress and anxiety as the semester comes to an end.
Active Minds adviser Sharon Briggs said the goal of the event is to take students’ minds off projects and exams.
Active Minds is a student organization that promotes student mental health and has 196 chapters across the country. The organization has been at Kent State since November.
