Senator of the College of Business Administration Candidate
Q: What is your platform?
A: “So, I’m running as Senator for the College of Business Administration. I originally had many different ideas but what i realized more often as my campaign got accepted is that I’m currently running unopposed. So, my campaign is a little bit different than other candidates. Because I don’t have an opponent, I’m running more on the fact to see what students want from me and what they would benefit most from the college.”
Q: Why should people vote for you?
A: “I’m a new face to the College of Business. I am a freshman as of now but I have gained a lot of experience this year on campus. I’m involved with KIC, I’m part of the fundraising committee. Furthermore, I’m also on freshman advisory council, where we see what freshman would like on campus, make different programs, and go through different training. I’m also in the the Peer Leadership Training Course and that showed me a lot about getting experience, insights and just helping people around me.”
Q: What changes are you looking to enact?
A: “Currently for the College of Business, our senator Connor Mahan has done a great job but I’d like to add on that. The College of Business will build a new building and I would like to be able to gain more insight on that and to be able to help students see what’s going on with the plans. Furthermore, I would like to make more study areas available in the College of Business.”
