Terrace Tear Down Sale successful for company
May 2, 2006
Everything must go.
The Terrace Tear Down Sale was so successful, Keith Ludwig, president and owner of Dynasty Deconstruction, found his crew restocking for a second and third time.
People come in, pick out what they want, negotiate a price, pay and it’s theirs, he said. Members of the crew deliver the furniture.
“There is an optional delivery fee,” Ludwig said. “The customer pays what they want.”
Deliveries have been made to Kent, Ravenna, Streetsboro, Cuyahoga Falls and Akron.
The sale will continue until everything is gone, Ludwig said.
Dynasty Deconstruction supplied six families with furniture. Groups such as the Boy Scouts and Victory for Veterans have contacted Dynasty Deconstruction for furniture.
Also, Ludwig said he received 75 to 80 orders for bricks. The bricks will be salvaged once Terrace Hall is torn down. If anyone is still interested in furniture or a brick memento from Terrace Hall, contact Keith Ludwig by e-mail at [email protected] or by cell phone at (216) 408-6728.
Dynasty Deconstruction will be working seven days a week this summer to finish their task of deconstructing Terrace Hall and Allerton Apartment buildings G and H.
