Forum about presidential search today
November 28, 2005
The Undergraduate Student Senate and the Presidential Search Committee will host an open student forum on the presidential search at 2 p.m. today in the Kiva.
Students can address the USS and the committee regarding what they wish to see in the next president. Student senators will act as moderators and direct the open discussion.
The USS will begin the forum by asking students what qualities they want in the next president and what issues they hope the new president will address.
Feedback from the forum will be presented to the Board of Trustees, which has the final say in who the next president will be.
Bill Ross, executive director and committee member, said the committee will meet Dec. 7 to discuss the presidential search.
