BREAKING NEWS: Jury finds Trimble guilty on all counts

Jurors today delivered a verdict of guilty on all nine counts in the James E. Trimble triple-murder trial. Trimble, 45, of Brimfield is convicted of three counts of aggravated murder for the deaths of his then-girlfriend, Renee Bauer, 42, her 7-year-old son Dakota and 22-year-old Kent State student Sarah Positano. Being convicted of the three counts means Trimble could face the death penalty.
The jury also convicted Trimble of three counts of kidnapping, two counts of felonious assault and one count of aggravated burglary. The jurors deliberated for most of Monday and Tuesday morning. They announced their decision just after 2 p.m. today.
