The Kent State baseball team plays a home doubleheader against Northern Kentucky today at 2 p.m.

The doubleheader was added to the Flashes’ schedule Monday. Kent State (13-10, 2-2 Mid-American Conference) won 10-5 against Duquesne yesterday. Junior designated hitter Kurt Eichorn led the offensive charge with two homeruns. Junior Chad Wagler earned the win out of the bullpen.

The Flashes played only one game of a three-game series against Ohio because of the rain and snow over the weekend. The Flashes lost their opening game at Schoonover Stadium 6-2 Friday.
