Summer permits will be available on Parking Services’ Web site Tuesday
Students can buy summer parking permits online, Randy Ristow, Parking Services manager.
Summer parking permits will go on sale at 8 a.m. tomorrow.
Spring semester parking permits expire June 10. Students taking class during intersession only need to purchase a pass if a different parking pass is desired, Ristow said.
Ristow said there are no parking changes for the summer, but there will be a small price increase for fall semester permits.
Fall semester parking permits will go on sale at 8 a.m. July 5, Ristow said.

USS to host coffee talk tonight with state legislators
Undergraduate Student Senate is hosting a coffee talk with state legislators at 5:30 p.m. today in room 318 of the Student Center.
Rep. Kathleen Chandler, Sen. Kevin Coughlin and a representative from Sen. Kimberly Zurz’s office will field questions about higher education from those in attendance.
Amber Samuelson, USS senator for governmental affairs, said she invited the legislators so students have a chance to express their concerns with higher education in a relaxed setting.
“Everybody’s welcome, faculty, staff, students, community members, our regional campuses,” Samuelson said. “Feel free to join us for coffee, cookies and wonderful discussion.”
She said she hopes the talk will inspire the legislators to “bring the Kent (State) student message back to the White House.”
