The blotter is a record of charges filed by the police. The listings do not represent convictions or reflect guilt. It is the Daily Kent Stater’s policy to publish on and off-campus arrests, charges and incidents of interest to the public.
CITY POLICE BLOTTER
– Tamara Christine Milton, 21, was arrested at an apartment on two outstanding Kent Police Department warrants.
– Arson was reported in a Dumpster near a downtown business.
– Theft involving a mail drop box at the corner of West Main and Francis streets was reported. The drop box was pried open and its contents removed.
– Daniel James Macclonan, 20, was charged with underage consumption.
– Danial Alvin Cook, Jr., 20, was charged with underage consumption.
CAMPUS BLOTTER
– Joshua C. Scribben, 19, of Roaming Shores, was charged with criminal mischief.
– Theft was reported at Allyn Hall.
– Criminal damage was reported at Wright Hall.
– Criminal trespassing was reported at the Music and Speech Building.
