During downtown Kent’s second Potterfest, fans young and old of Harry Potter came by the hundreds to celebrate the book and movie series on July 29. The event was put on by Main Street Kent and featured numerous activities and special menu items at shops and eateries in town. Downtown Kent was transformed into places from the series such as the Forbidden Forest and the Hogwarts Library from noon until 9p.m.
