According to the Record Courier, sophomore forward Raasean Davis has been granted release from the Kent State men’s basketball programs and is expected to transfer.

“I appreciate Raasean’s contributions to the basketball program during his time at Kent State and support his decision,” said coach Rob Senderoff. “He worked really hard the past two years, and we will help him in any way we can.”

Davis saw action in 25 games last season averaging 2.6 points and 2.1 rebounds per game.
