Hall selected for NABC All-District First Team

The National Association of Basketball Coaches voted redshirt junior Jimmy Hall to the All-District 14 First Team Friday March 25.

This is the first time, Hall has been selected for the All-District 14 First Team, as the the two-time All-Mid-American Conference forward made the NABC All-District 14 Second Team last year.

Hall, along with Nathan Boothe (Toledo), Antonio Campbell (Ohio), Isaiah Johnson (Akron) and Chris Fowler (Central Michigan) are among the five MAC basketball players selected for the first team.

The redshirt junior forward placed sixth in the MAC in scoring averaging 16.4 points per game. Hall also finished sixth in rebounding, with 7.9 per game and 10th in field goal percentage, shooting 48.8 percent.

Hall recorded seven double-doubles this season and scored double figures in 30 of 32 games, while earning two MAC East Player of the Week Awards, the Lou Henson Award and a spot on the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic All-Tournament Team.
