Kent State’s Trumbull campus will host their 13th annual job fair Oct. 8 with the intention of helping students find potential careers.

Anthony Zampino, an associate lecturer in Computer Technology and a member of the job fair committee, said the fair will be a place where seniors and juniors can get help finding jobs and internships, as well as help out freshmen and sophomores.

“This will be a good opportunity for our freshmen and sophomores to (help them) network and talk to companies,” Zampino said.

The fair will also host a session called Backpack to Briefcase. This session includes both companies and faculty giving attendees mock interviews.

The event will be free and open to the public, taking place in the Classroom/ Administration building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
