Jimmy Haslam, the owner of the Cleveland Browns, said Tuesday that the federal government has launched a criminal investigation into rebates offered by his family’s business, a truck stop chain. The investigation includes his brother, Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam. Agents from the FBI and Internal Revenue Service raided the chain’s headquarters on Monday.

Former Marine Randy Linn, 52, of Indiana was sentenced by a federal judge to 20 years in prison Tuesday for starting a fire in an Ohio mosque. Linn said he wanted revenge for the killings of American soldiers overseas. He apologized in court and blamed the fire on a day of drinking. Prosecutors said Linn drove two hours from his home to Toledo on Sept. 30 and broke into the empty mosque where he poured gasoline on a prayer rug and lit it on fire. No one was injured in the fire.

Karnamaya Mongar survived for 20 years in a refugee camp after fleeing Bhutan, but died months after arriving in the U.S. in 2009. She was one of the eight murder counts in the ongoing Philadelphia trial of Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Gosnell, an abortion provider, is also charged with killing seven babies, allegedly born alive. Mongar’s daughter testified through a translator Tuesday about the labor-inducing drugs and painkillers her mother was given while she waited for Gosnell to arrive to perform the second-trimester procedure. Prosecutors believe Gosnell’s staff was untrained and unlicensed. Mongar died from the combination of drugs in her system and Gosnell’s staff did nothing to revive her, according to prosecutors.
