The Portage County Drug Task Force arrested two people at Circle K at 901 E. Main St. in Kent Tuesday evening.

The task force arrested 24-year-old Aliyu Umbayemake Thurayyah and 28-year-old Jose L. Montanez for felony possession of marijuana. Task Force Commander Pat Burns said three-and-a-half pounds of the drug were seized in the arrest.

Burns said more information would be made available today.
