Sleep integral part of college life

In college, every day there seems to be twice as much work as there is time to complete it, which poses the question: When will students sleep?
Sleep deprivation can have serious effects on health in the form of physical and mental impairments and inadequate rest impairs the ability to think, handle stress, maintain a healthy immune system and moderate emotions.
There are more obvious repercussions from lack of sleep such as fatigue and serious lethargy, but what some students don’t take into account are the long-term consequences.
