Gov. Strickland will speak to students

Gov. Ted Strickland and Lt. Gov. candidate Yvette McGee Brown will visit the campus next Monday to speak to students.

The Kent State College Democrats announced the speech will take place at 10:15 a.m. on Sept. 27 in the Kiva. A question and answer session will follow the speech.

The event, presented by the Undergraduate Student Government, is in coordination with the R U KSU? program, which will celebrate the diversity of student organizations on campus in a three-day event starting next Monday.
