Students attending Kent State regional campuses who live in northern West Virginia and western Pennsylvania will receive an 80 percent reduction in their regular out-of-state surcharge.

The Board of Trustees approved the new out-of-state surcharge rate effective Fall 2010 for qualifying students enrolled at the regional campuses.

The current out-of-state surcharge is $3,846 per semester.
