Waterloo Local School district is asking voters for support this November, with a 4.39 mill renewal levy on the ballot. If the levy fails, the district would lose almost one million dollars in operating funds. TV2’s Alexandria Manthey spoke to district leaders on how this levy would impact students.

What is different about this levy?
Stop wasting money on levies. Find another means, or carve out the large plots from increased taxes (ag exemption?) With some members of the board being engineers, they need to explore options, engineer a solution, instead of proceeding down a path that has failed many times
