Kent State’s Hillel will host a Homecoming Shabbat event for students and staff members on Friday at 5 p.m.

During Shabbat, students can go to the Cohn Jewish Student Center to take a break from school and work, Sass said.

According to Hillel’s website, the organization’s mission is to “enrich the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world.”
