Bird Watching Perspectives

Aaron Self

Joesph Ford, the President of the Kent State, Bird Club looks across Nimisila Lake at flocks of Coots, ducks, a pair of swans and an Osprey on Saturday, April 10, 2016. The club goes out every Saturday morning to different parks to find as many species of birds as possible. The numbers they collect for each species is then input into an online database called eBird that tracks the migratory paths of birds. This data is then used by scientists in their research on the various species of birds.
