Women’s golf tied for seventh in South Carolina

After shooting twelve over par the first round, the women’s golf shot an even par in their second round yesterday at the Briar’s Creek Invitational. They are 15 strokes behind the lead.

Individually, senior Taylor Kim is tied for seventh place, ending her second round two under. Junior Wad Phaewchimplee finished even for the day and is tied for 12th place.

Senior Joseé Doyon shot eight over for the day. Freshman Michaela Finn finished six over, and senior Amira Alexander end her second round 15 over par.

The team will be paired with Costal Carolina for its final round today at 8:45 a.m.
