Summit Street closes until Wednesday

Summit Street will be closed Monday through Wednesday for crews to work on underground utilities in preparation for the Summit Street Improvement Project.
Both lanes of the street are closed from Depeyster Street to Tonkin Court and will not reopen until Wednesday. It will not reopen at the end of each day.
