‘Boo U’ to hit Stark Thursday

Katie Rush

Kent State’s Stark campus is hosting a fall festival for children on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. All community members are welcome to attend.

The festival is family-friendly, and will include a wide range of events and activities for children to participate in. Spooky science experiments, a swamp walk, photo station, coloring contest and more activities will be available for attendees to participate in, free of charge.

Candy stations are designed and decorated by Kent State Stark student organizations. Children are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate Halloween costumes for a trick-or-treating activity.

Candy and edible prizes distributed may contain nuts, eggs, gluten, soy, wheat and milk products. Activities will take place both indoors and outdoors. Cameras are welcome at the event.
