Kent Stage puts on eight-act Folk Festival

The Kent Stage began hosting folk artists Tuesday, June 9, and will continue to showcase them through Thursday, June 18, as part of the Kent Folk Festival.

Thursday, June 11: Gaelic Storm

Friday, June 12: Tall Heights and Heather Maloney (postponed, refunds available at box office)

Saturday, June 13: Don Felder: An Evening at the Hotel California

Sunday, June 14: The Gibson Brothers

Tuesday, June 16: The Quebe Sisters

Thursday, June 18: Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band

The lineup over the next week features a slew of musicians, including an evening with Don Felder, former lead guitarist of the Eagles, on Saturday. The first 100 people to purchase a ticket are entered into a contest to win a guitar autographed by Felder.

Four acts remain before the festival ends. Each event is all ages and doors open at 7 p.m. Shows begin at 8 p.m.
