PHOTO FEATURE: 24 hours in the 44242

DKS Photographers

Beginning at midnight this past Friday, the photo

staff of the Daily Kent Stater explored campus

for 24 hours, looking for the unique moments

that make Kent State what it is. It is tradition for

the photo staff to explore certain locations within

a day. With past 24-hour projects, photographers

explored Northeast Ohio and Portage County, but

this year, we decided to see how Kent State plays,

prays and passes the time on campus.

By the time the clock struck midnight once

again, the staff returned to the newsroom to file

their images after a long day of shooting. Thousands

of images were taken, but only a handful

was selected to run in this special section. We hope

you enjoy viewing this special section this as much

as we did creating it.
