Owning a small business could prove more challenging than it appears, TV2’s Cory Froomkin takes a look at a few recent closing downtown and what one city official thinks.

According to the Arctic Squirrel Facebook page, rent and slow sales during the winter months contributed to the closing of the ice cream parlor and the Dog Squad.
