Kent’s own Aliver Hall is bringing the Third Annual Jingle Jam to the Kent Stage for a two-night concert event on Dec. 6 and 7.

Doors on Thursday open at 8 p.m. and will feature four bands: The Bees Trees, Dave Hammer’s Power Supply, Tropidelic and Jones For Revival. Doors on Friday open at 7 p.m. and will include sets by Yosemight, The Stagecoach Robbery, Boogie Matrix and the headlining act, Aliver Hall. The concerts are expected to run until about 2:00 a.m.

Aliver Hall’s bassist, Jim Garibaldi, said to expect a “crazy” light show.

“It’s like being at a music festival. There’s lots of really cool, sociable people and lots of dancing. It’s really fun,” Garibaldi said.

Audience members are encouraged to participate in an ugly Christmas sweater contest and take their picture with Santa.

Tickets for the Jingle Jam are $8 per night or $12 for both nights. Visit http://www.kentstage.org for more information.
