Saturday during halftime of Kent State University’s first home football game, five Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets will be recognized for military appreciation along with other service members, firefighters and local police.

The names of the Air Force ROTC cadets are Senior David Bown, aeronautics major and pilot candidate; Senior Michael Deck, history major and pilot candidate; Senior Joshua Henry, business management major and pilot candidate; Junior Jacob Brent, aeronautics major and uncategorized officer candidate; and Junior Patrick Kilbane, aeronautics major and combat systems officer candidate.

The football game is against Louisiana at 7 p.m. at Dix Stadium.
