Stow Police are investigating a reported bank robbery that happened shortly after 11 a.m. Sunday at the Charter One Bank inside the Acme store on Kent Road.

According to police, a white male approached a female teller and handed her a note advising it was a robbery. After the teller handed the male an undisclosed amount of money, the male left the store. Police said no weapon was seen, nor was there any information on a vehicle.

Police describe the male as 40 to 45 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a medium build and brown hair. He was reportedly wearing a tan jacket and blue jeans.
