— Economy: DeWine said Obama’s healthcare plan is not only unconstitutional, but also an Ohio jobs killer, hurting the economy when Ohioans can least afford it. DeWine said he will focus his energies on helping business to thrive and creating jobs. He said because jobs don’t come to states with high crime, government misconduct and eagerness to sue and regulate, DeWine said he wants to create jobs through a business-friendly environment.

— Healthcare: DeWine said challenging the constitutionality of the Obama’s healthcare is one of the priorities of his campaign. He said he will join 20 other state attorneys in a lawsuit to declare Obama’s healthcare as unconstitutional.
