BSR morning update for Wed., April 28, 2010

Morning update

From the Franklin Hall news room for Wednesday, April 28, I’m Travis McClain and here’s what’s happening…

The U.S. Coast Guard is considering setting the Gulf of Mexico oil slick on fire as it moved within 20miles of sensitive areas in the Mississippi River Delta. This could be one of the worse oil slicks in U.S. history and oil spills are normally on set fire if using heavy equipment near sensitive areas would cause more harm than good. There are about 42,000 gallons leaking every day into the Gulf of Mexico area. Now for the entertainment side of things…

Soon women everywhere can be getting engaged with the same ring as Bella Swan from Twilight. There are three different versions of the ring ranging from 2,000 to 35. Now for the weather…

The high for today is 58 with a low of 40 and sunny.
