The Student Center Ballroom will host a comedy show at 8 p.m. tonight. The show is free to all Kent State students and will feature five area comedians, including alumnus Rick Glassman.

Some may still remember Glassman, a 2006 graduate with a degree in marketing. He said he promises his audience an “action-packed comedy show.”

Other performers include headliner Mike Conley from Akron, featuring Jim Tews from Pennsylvania, emcee Jeff Weyrauch from the Stubenville area, and Jason Banks from Massilon.

Glassman said these comedians have gotten to know each other through the comedy circuit. He’s been performing for about a year, but the other comedians’ time in the circuit range to seventeen years, in Mike Conley’s case.

The event is sponsored by Kent Interhall Council.
