RA applications now available

Students interested in building their leadership skills and having their living expenses paid for can apply to be a resident assistant.

Deadline to apply for Spring 2008 is Nov. 9., and Jan. 18 for the 2008-2009 school year. The application process includes filling out an application, completing an essay and sending a resume.

An RA is responsible for community building, programming, discipline and duty. RAs also have some administrative responsibilities.

Benefits of being an RA include meeting new people, free room and board, building a resume and being up to date on activities around campus.

Students must have a 2.3 current and cumulative grade point average to apply.
